Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges based on personal preferences, including:

  • Change of mind
  • Product not meeting expectations
  • Color preference (minor variations may occur due to screen settings)
  • Size or fitting issues

A detailed Size Chart is available on every product page. We strongly recommend checking the measurements carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

We offer a replacement or refund only if you receive:

  • A damaged product, or
  • An incorrect product

If you experience either of the above, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

How to Raise a Claim

To process your request, you must:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Provide your Order ID.
  • Share clear photos of the product.
  • Submit a continuous unboxing video (without any pauses or edits) showing the package being opened from the sealed condition.

Please Note: Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video cannot be accepted.

Eligibility for Exchange or Refund

Your request will be considered only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The product is unused and unwashed.
  • All original tags and labels are intact.
  • The product has not been altered or customized.
  • The item was not purchased during a sale, clearance, or discounted offer.
  • A continuous, unedited unboxing video is provided (mandatory for damaged or incorrect product claims).

Quality Inspection

Once your request is approved, you will be asked to send the product back to us.

After we receive the parcel, our quality team will inspect the product to verify the reported issue.

An exchange or refund will be processed only after the inspection confirms that the claim is valid.

Return Shipping

Kushi Vastralaya will bear the return shipping charges for approved claims involving damaged or incorrect products. Please do not ship the product back until you receive instructions from our support team.

We recommend securely packing the product with all original tags and packaging to ensure it reaches us in its original condition for quality inspection.

Refund Processing

If your claim is approved and a refund is applicable, the refund will be processed within 2–3 business days after successful quality inspection.
