At Kushi Vastralaya, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience while ensuring genuine orders. Please read our Cash on Delivery (COD) policy carefully before placing your order.

💳 Partial Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Partial Cash on Delivery for eligible orders.

How it works:

• ✅ Pay 25% of the order value online during checkout.
• 🚚 Pay the remaining 75% to the delivery partner at the time of delivery.

📦 COD Eligibility

Cash on Delivery is available only if:

• Your order value is ₹499 or above.
• The delivery location is serviceable for COD.

💰 COD Convenience Fee

A ₹30 convenience fee is applicable on all Cash on Delivery orders.

This fee helps cover additional logistics and COD handling charges.

❌ Order Cancellation & Rejection Policy

If a customer rejects or refuses to accept the order at the time of delivery, the following refund policy will apply:

• A flat ₹100 rejection/handling charge will be deducted.
• The remaining amount from the 25% advance payment will be refunded to the original payment method.

Example

Order Value: ₹1,000

• Advance Paid (25%): ₹250
• Order Rejected at Delivery
• Rejection Charge: ₹100
• Refund Amount: ₹150

🚫 Non-Refundable Charges

The following charges are non-refundable:

• ₹100 Rejection/Handling Charge (only if the order is refused at delivery)
